First & Future Steps International School raises funds to build modern new primary campus

Bangkok – BDO in Thailand is proud to have advised The First Steps International Pre-School, a leading international kindergarten located in downtown Bangkok, in their capital raise to expand operations with the construction of an adjacent Primary School campus, Future Steps International School Bangkok - FSB. This transaction adds to BDO in Thailand’s strong set of capital solutions for leading middle-market Thailand businesses.
The First Steps kindergarten school has been established for over 25 years, providing an excellent, internationally recognized program with optional French and German bi-lingual programs to local and international early years students in Bangkok. The newly established primary school will continue this trend, following the EYFS curriculum as well as a strong global language and sport program via excellent purpose-built facilities in downtown Bangkok.
Damon Nemish, Director and part-owner of Future Steps said: “The expansion into a primary school offering is a significant milestone for First Steps, allowing our early years students to continue their educational journey with us following an internationally recognised curriculum which will provide an excellent foundation for their transition into senior school and beyond. The funds raised are being used to complete the construction of the FSB school primary campus in the heart of Bangkok and is now accepting students 1.5-10 Yrs old for the 2023/2024 academic year."
