Kraisaeng is an audit partner with BDO in Thailand. Before joining BDO in Thailand, Kraisaeng had worked with one of the biggest audit firms in Thailand for 25 years. Kraisaeng has more than 27 years of working experience in both the auditing and accounting advisory services, specialising in areas such as manufacturing, trading, retail, hospitality, construction, and real estates for both international and local companies including Thai listed companies. As part of this experience and by having a license to audit public listed companies in Thailand, Kraisaeng has strong experience with Initial Public Offerings "IPOs".
He has extensive knowledge of accounting and auditing including data analytics and is a sub-committee member of the Thai Federation of Accounting Professions. Also, he was a lecturer in accounting and auditing at some leading business schools in Thailand.
